Vibrating rails

LiNxT components for line optimization

Prevent bridging at pressure single liners and mergers

At pressure single liners, pressure inliners and mergers, bottles or containers can start to bridge. This disrupts product flow and may stop the entire line.

A vibrating rail keeps products moving in a controlled way and prevents products from locking together. This creates a stable and continuous infeed towards the next process step.

When do you use a vibrating rail?

  • Bridging at pressure single liners or pressure inliners
  • Unstable infeed at mergers and converging points
  • Product pressure building up at critical positions
  • Recurring micro and meso stops caused by accumulation

What should you consider?

  • Product type, shape and stability
  • Level of product pressure in the line
  • Available installation space
  • Integration with existing conveyors and controls
